Nick Bollea sentenced to 8 months jail for John Graziano’s condition
by: Sarah

I’ve posted quite a bit about the Nick Bollea and John Graziano wreck… I have to ask, is this fair?

I wonder what people think out there on this subject, I have had comments from both sides of the fence, but most people seem to be for Graziano not Hogan.

I read somewhere that Edward Graziano said “What Al Qaeda didn’t do to my son, Nick Bollea did it in a matter of minutes.” Think about that, then make judgment on what he was sentenced. Let me know, I am totally interested in others opinions on this.

Graziano family takes on the Hogans in a law suit

Hogan’s friend John Graziano

Nick Hogan charged with reckless driving.

Hogans can rest easy with Nick at home.

…personally, I think they oughta string Nick up by his balls. In lieu of that, however, they should definitely throw the book at him…

Only 8 months? That isn’t enough.I feel deeply sorry for John Graziano. He survived the Iraq war only to be destroyed by his close friend.

8 months! wow! that means he will probably out in less than 6 months, possibly even sooner. Nick Bollea gets to pick up his life and will hardly miss a beat, but John Graziano is basically down for the count. Nick probably has many more chapters left to his life, but the only thing John Graziano has left is his epilogue. oh yeah and a quick obituary which will probably mention how he did not wear his seat belt.

  5. Sad facts of life really…

I really hope Graziano gets better… not likely but they did say that he was improving on brain functionality I believe

At least they gave him any time at all. My brothers good friend was killed in a car accident and the guy who was driving(the son of a cop) who had been drinking didn’t get anytime, his case was dimissed! Even the BAC test didn’t keep bring him justice. I think the judge was smart about this. Think about it 8 months in solitary confinement with nothing to think about but the decisions you made that got you there. This can be a life altering experience for this kid who was living life fast. Besides we all made stupid decisions at 17 and thank God that none of our friends got hurt when we look back at it. Most of us are no different we were just lucky no one got hurt. Like I said at least he got any punishment at all.

jaime, are you clueless to what’s been going on? are you unaware that there have been taped jailhouse phone calls (made available to TMZ) from Nicky boy to his very strange parents where they have been discussing spinning this whole ordeal into a new “Real-ality” show for Nick? Hulk wnts to call it The New Nick (fortunately it has been rejected by every network. they talk about talking to the judge to get Nick early release). they slam the victim John Graziano saying he was a negative person and Hulk is heard saying that the victim did something that made God lay a heavy hand on him. The crazy mom Hogan crying because the victim’s mother criticized the Hogans and crazy mom Hogan saying “she could give two sh*ts, I’m the one who has the loss, I’m the one suffering!” Nick is not learning his lesson. he is seeing this as an opportunity. so are his crazy family members who have been seen living it up lately. crazy Hogan is in Las Vegas partying with her 19 year old boy toy Charlie Hill. Hulk is partying with his Brooke-a-like young girlfriend. and Brooke is just a tranny. but the crazy parents should be right there in jail next to Nicky boy, the Nickster, Nicktini. there is no lesson learned here.

newsflash: Nicky boy moved out of protective custody into cell with 3 other young offenders and a television. looks like he’s doing hard time. sounds like a pajama party to me.

If dude didn’t have his seatbelt on that’s a shame. Hogan should have built a track for his speed crazy son. Wouldn’t that have made any sense. I guess no danger no fun, right

  10. It’s just as much Hogan’s fault as it is Graziano’s for the lack of seat belt safety… If not more on the Hogan side.
