Hogan’s friend John Graziano
by: Sarah

John GrazianoUpdate 5/12/08: Nick Bollea gets his jail sentence!

Update 3/24/08: I have update this a bit, so follow this link: Graziano family takes on the Hogans in a law suit

Nick Hogan, also known as Nick Bollea, could possibly be facing gross vehicular manslaughter charges. The penalty for a crime like that is 5 to 15 years in jail. But that is all worst case scenario.

Information about who John Graziano is now released. Graziano served in the United States Marine Corps.. He joined up in 2003 after he graduated high school, touring Iraq 2 times in that 4 year long career with the Marines.

Graziano and Bollea have been friends for several years. While Bollea is home resting, but doing okay, his friend Graziano is still in the hospital with little to no improvement on his health.

  7. nick hogans a fuckin douchebag, mr. invincible rich kid hot dogging pretty much ended a life, put his cocky ass in the slammer

  8. I completely agree, not only a life, but a life of a man who served our country. That is by far the most disgraceful act a celebrity has committed, next to Michael Jackson molesting little boys like Catholic priests.

  9. [...] Hogan’s friend John Graziano Nick Hogan charged with reckless driving. Hogans can rest easy with Nick at home. [...]

Hey i juss wanna cry for john………………………… Maybe nick will learn not to drive so fast when he gets in a lifedamaging crash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! nick if ur reading this please realize wut uv done!!!!

  11. No way Pokeman, I hate to say it but those celebutards never learn from their mistakes. Take a look at Mel Gibson, he insulted, insulted, drank and drove… and yet, he still insulted a religion beyond a simple “sorry…” On top of that, Nick Bollea is far too young to learn from this mistake, I mean, his friend is laying in a bed and will be there until the day he dies most likely… But, I have no faith in Bollea, or the entire family for that matter.

    Screw the Hogans!

This should serve as a reminder to all that you must think before you act. I have rode many times in my younger days with drunk drivers thinking I was doing the right thing (I was drinking also). I was foolish putting my life in their hands. My prayers are with this young Marine!

Drinking and driving is about as stupid as it gets. Most teenagers, hell even a lot of adults, don’t realize what can happen in the blink of an eye. Drinking and driving is illegal for a reason… Your judgments are impaired and quite frankly… Your an idiot when you get drunk. Stop, think and sleep it off first. :)

I think that Nick should not be charged…the kid did not put on his seat belt, maybe mom and dad should have taught him that. Not blame his mistake on someone else!!!! Where your seatbelt!!!! DUH!

  16. Wearing your seat belt is just as much your job as the driver’s job to ensure your safety.

Drivers of any vehicle is responsible for your safety as a passenger.

The National Safety Council’s 10 important tips for you and your passengers:

1.Don’t leave the driveway without securing each passenger in the car. Safety belts save thousands of lives each year!

2.Remember that driving too fast or too slow can increase the likelihood of collisions.

3.Be alert! If you notice a car straddling the center line, weaving, making wide turns, stopping abruptly or responding slowly to traffic signals, the driver may be impaired.

4.Avoid an impaired driver by slowing down, letting the driver pass, pulling onto the shoulder or turning right at the nearest corner. If it appears that an oncoming car is crossing into your lane, pull over to the roadside, sound the horn and flash your lights.

5.Notify the police immediately after seeing a motorist who is driving suspiciously.

6.Follow the rules of the road. Don’t contest the “right of way” or try to race another car during a merge.

7.Don’t stop in the road to talk with a pedestrian or other drivers.

8.Avoid eye contact or making obscene gestures with/at an aggressive driver.

    9.Don’t tailgate.

10.Remember, while driving, be cautious, aware and responsible.

Very Very Sad! I hope John recovers. It may take time, but they can do mircles now. Hogan, if he every remourse should go from school to school with pictures and a story. I have been prayering for John’s recovery.

Very Sad for John….wishing him a speedy recovery. Also very sad for Nick. However, John should have been the adult in the situation. John was 23 and Nick only 17. It isn’t fair for Nick to take the blame because of his celebrity. John should have been the adult and said “No, we can’t drink and drive.” Nobody seems to realize the shoe could be on the other foot and Nick could be in that bed. Also are you all really so foolish as to think that John was in that car begging Nick to slow down? No, he was probably egging him on. And why wasn’t John wearing a seatbelt? That was his choice. Very mature and adult like for someone brave enough to do two tours of Iraq. Get a grip people. Accidents happen. And now Johns family is exploiting him on TV by showing graphic details of his care? Very noble…….

  19. I love how you seem so sweet and innocent “Very Sad for John…,wishing him a speedy recovery.” Then shoot off slandering him saying it was his responsibility… Whoever has their hands on the wheel are the ones at fault. Screw Nick Bollea… He needs to learn from this. Leave Graziano alone, he has more nobility in his left hand than Bollea ever will.

That’s my rant and I’m sticking to it.

judging from the his driving record it’s obvious that Nick Hogan is a lousy, wreckless, immature and stupid driver/human being….he was bound to hurt himself or a third party sooner or later….it’s best to stay away from such idiots no matter how famous there oddball daddy’s are.

  21. #21 POSTED BY karen, Jul 4th, 2008 2:15 am

i must say that i completely agree with jennifer H. yes nick was the one driving but i’m sure he didn’t hold a gun to johns head and said get in my car and since i’m drunk lets go drive really fast. they are both at fault here. and accidents do happen. it could’ve happened to anyone! it’s so stupid that everyone is just hating on nick and yes i feel terrible for john, i mean look at the poor guy! but it was his choice to get in that car with a young drunk teenager and to top it off not wear a seatbelt! good goin! everyone should stop taking sides… shit happens. i wonder if nick wasn’t a rich famous good-looking spoiled kid and john didn’t serve for the marines- would everyones reaction be different? and john isn’t all that smart and heroic as people are making him out to be. he should’ve known better than to get in a car with a drunk teenager who has a terrible driving record.

what is beyond horrible to me, is his attitude about the victim…he shows no remorse and the tapes b/t him and his father from the jail are nausiating.

  23. #23 POSTED BY Nebraska, Jul 31st, 2008 8:21 pm

I’d like to see Nick’s punk ass serve in Iraq or Afghanistan like his friend did. That would make a better reality show. “Spoiled Rotten kid finally gets what he deserves,” would be the name for the show.

This story saddens me and angry’s me at the sametime.
My thoughts and prayers are for John and his family. It breaks my heart deeply where John is concern And, to think all he and his family are going through. I pray God will heal John!
And, that Nick should have to serve a life sentence for what he’s done. And, who so-ever bought the booze should be at blame also! For giving to a minor!

No Justice Served!!! Only show’s money really talks!!!
Someday the Hogan’s will have to face God on this one!!!
