Kate Nicholas and Gin the dancing dog on Britain’s Got Talent
by: Sarah

This was on Britain’s Got Talent this weekend, and this little dance was the most amazing thing on the show. Now, you know it’s sad when the most talented being on the show, or in all of Britain, ends up being a canine, right?

Either way, this talented dog happens to be Gin, the dancing dog. Gin’s owner is 16 year old Kate Nicholas, the one frolicking around while her dog does most of the work. Thing is though, Gin learned it from some where, so mad props to Kate and her dog whisperer skills.

On another note, anyone check out that mile-wide-schoolboy grin on Simon Cowell’s face? How strange is that to the regular American Idol scowl?

David Hernandez the stripper performs Celine Dion’s It’s All Coming Back to Me Now
by: Sarah

Here is stripper boy’s rendition of Celine Dion’s “It’s All Coming Back to Me Now” on American Idol last night. I thought he was pretty bad to be honest, a little nasaley, and a little pitchy, but that isn’t what I am here to address.. The funny part in the clip is at the end you hear Simon Cowell mutter something about his stripper career off camera.

How fantastic, his previous choice is going to bite him in the ass, much like his previous clientèle.

Stripper David Hernandez of American Idol will sing for you on Tuesday

American Idol is back for another season
by: Sarah

American Idol came back Monday night and so far is full of talent, and then some.

I happened to catch the first episode, and I have to say, there were some impressive people on there.

But, amongst the talented there are those who do it for sheer comic factor. The ‘bikini man,’ Ben Haar [or should we say Hair?], who comes out in a sort of genie outfit, with his hairy chest in the way Paula sends him to get a wax. He later shows back up completely hair free, and gets a total of 20 seconds of face time with the judges.

Then on Wednesday night, Renaldo Lapuz showed up. Lets just say, his pimp outfit or whatever he was doing, is superb. His singing on the other hand, is not. He wrote his own song titled “We’re brothers forever,” dedicating it to the judges [mostly Simon though].

His lyrics are basically we’re brothers forever, and that’s about it. His singing, inspired the judges to get up though, Randy and Paula got up and danced. I must say, Randy sang as good as Lapuz. Also, be sure to check out Paula’s dance moves, she must have dug those up from the days of singing “Straight Up.”

Simon actually was nice to Lapuz when he said no, “Renaldo listen, you are very entertaining, I actually like you, but it’s gonna be a no.” As Lapuz came forward to say his goodbyes Simon got up and gave him a big hug. Although, somehow Lapuz still ended up in tears. Goes to show that Simon can make anyone cry no matter his attitude towards them, Simon, you little heart breaker you.

Here is another ‘08 American Idol post.
