In what looks like a direct jab at the Burger King spots, Jack In The Box goes for a human breakfast manwich.
Why not, the tongue and cheek Whopper Family commercials and the Whopperettes are just begging for a spoof.
Jack In The Box is playing off the “important” meal concept that we have all been told, that breakfast is the most important meal of the day (and that you can get it anytime during the day).
We posted the Whopper Family commercial in this post on March 27, 2006.
BK is still running the spots so the timing is good for Jack to have some fun.
I do like to see these commercials making fun of competitors commercials, especially ones I don’t like very much.
