Chupacabra? No, just coyotes.
by: Sarah

Coyote, ChupacabraHave no fear your goats are safe.  There still is no proof that the mythical, bloodsucking Chupacabra exists.

For those of you who do not know anything about the Chupacabra, it is a myth that originated in Puerto Rico and Mexico.  The word Chupacabra means “goat sucker” in Spanish.

Over the summer the bodies of four ugly, big-eared animals were found in southern Texas.  The results are in, definitely not Chupacabra DNA.  The DNA was plain old coyote.  In CNN’s article, “Biologists at Texas State University announced Thursday night they had identified the hairless dog like creature.”

The hairless coyotes were found in Cuero, 90 miles southeast of San Antonio.  There were extra tissue samples to try to figure out what caused their lack of hair.

This proves nothing… maybe all along the Chupacabra was a hairless mutant coyote. Behold, El Chupacabras!
