This is a sad day for me. I grew up on George Carlin on HBO specials from the time I entered the USA.
He was American counter-culture. I agreed and disagreed with him but most of all he made me laugh.
George C is a generation away from me (maybe 2) but what he said and how he said it was fitting for every generation.
I’m sorry he went so soon but glad I got to know his point-of-view on the stage, his interpretation of life, politics but mostly religion.
Goodbye George Carlin, We will miss you and your unique sense of humor.

I wonder what people think out there on this subject, I have had comments from both sides of the fence, but most people seem to be for Graziano not Hogan.
I read somewhere that Edward Graziano said “What Al Qaeda didn’t do to my son, Nick Bollea did it in a matter of minutes.” Think about that, then make judgment on what he was sentenced. Let me know, I am totally interested in others opinions on this.

David Cook, one of the better finalists on American Idol, was sent to the hospital after the show Tuesday night. He apparently was experiencing stress-related heart palpitations. But have no fear, he was released from the hospital later with a prescription to lower his blood pressure.
I’m sure he will be back on the stage as soon as he can, but hopefully the Idol stress on top of the stress of finding out his brother has cancer won’t get to him again and send him into cardiac arrest.
In case of cardiac arrest you can now use the hands only method of CPR, rapid chest compressions 100 per minute.

I see so many botched celebrity plastic surgeries, most of them I find on TMZ, but this one is hilarious.
Hollywood’s ‘elite’ are in big trouble with their regular plastic surgeons. Word that Priscilla Presley, among many others, went ahead and got procedures done to alter her appearance. In most cases this is done to make yourself look better, or more fitting for society. Well, these poor celebutards hired the wrong guy this time. Instead of sticking to their normal plastic surgeons, who have actual documentation of completing the school required, and went for the ‘Doc’ with the goods.
Dr. Daniel Serrano around 2003. Serrano was a good-looking doc from Argentina who hooked into Hollywood’s social A-list and started giving them what he claimed were miracle injections that worked better than Botox.
In fact, Serrano was injecting industrial, low-grade silicone similar to what’s used to lubricate auto parts in Argentina into the faces of these women. Several women, including Shawn King, Larry’s wife, and Diane Richie, Lionel’s wife at the time, held injection parties in their homes, with Serrano needling them with the non-FDA approved drug that he had smuggled in to the U.S. Shawn King has said the injections created a lump in her lip that made it difficult to speak and drink liquids. Serrano charged between $300 and $500 a pop.
But wait, it gets worse. Serrano wasn’t even a licensed doc in the U.S. The injections caused lumps, paralysis and holes in the faces of some of the women (and some men) he injected.
Woohoo, I bet they look pretty now.
Plastic surgery for no reason other than to make yourself look younger, prettier or to get bigger boobs, is absolutely ridiculous. People like Ashley Simpson who once looked different and now looks identical to her more beautiful sister, how pathetic. Why can’t people stop screwing up their image and learn to live with themselves.
Look at Lisa Rinna, Michael Jackson, Jocelyn Wildenstein, and the list goes on. Look at this for the top 15 biggest disasters of cosmetic surgery.

For those of you who are disgusted with how the Hogans, or Bollea, family handled the Nick Hogan August 2007 wreck… Don’t worry, justice still has a chance.
Back in August of 2007, Nick Hogan was illegally street racing with some friends in his father’s cars when he was involved in a horrible crash that left his passenger in a coma. The family of John Graziano, the passenger, has filed suit against the Hulk, Linda and Nick Hogan for negligence and being directly liable for the wreck.
Let’s hope some justice comes to this.

Former stripper David Hernandez got the boot on this weeks American Idol. I’m not surprised, after his bad publicity, I’m sure only his regular clientèle at his previous gig voted for him. The guy or whatever in that picture is no Kat Von D, sorry if it hurts your eyes.
So back to the pole for you Hernandez, maybe someone like Rosie O’Donnell will pick you up like , or not.

Well it is official, Brett Favre has finally quit threatening, and has actually announced his retirement from the NFL after a 17-season stretch. That’s right! Brett Favre of the Greenbay Packers, one of the most well known players, hell, even I know who Favre is, is quitting.
Although, I am not too shocked, he has been teasing us with his retirement for quite some time. That’s okay though, Brett, put your feet up and relax. Have fun being retired!
He retires with 5,377 career completions in 8,758 attempts for 61,655 yards, 442 touchdowns and 288 interceptions.
In his final season, Favre also extended his quarterback-record streak of consecutive regular-season starts to 253 games — illustrating his trademark toughness. Add the playoffs, and Favre’s streak stands at 275.
But Favre finished the season on a sour note, struggling in subzero temperatures in a 23-20 overtime loss to the New York Giants in the NFC championship game.
