The internet is going crazy over a viral video posted last week. The video has no ties to any marketing groups, but it does a great job of getting itself out to all the YouTubers in the world.
Honestly, who looked at that video and believed that it was real? Cellphones cannot pop corn, let’s just make that clear. To further prove my point here is Jenna Wortham’s post over on the Underwire blog, Physicist Debunks Cellphone Popcorn Viral Video.
A hotplate underneath a makeshift table [like they have in the video] is the easiest way to get the kernels to pop. Sorry for those who didn’t think logically on this… I know the crappy camera handling makes it seem more realistic, but you’ve been had.
Go buy some Jiffy Pop and pop corn over your stove top, it should excite you for a few minutes.

Most of Bear’s stunts are stupid and over dramatic. I watch Survivorman here and there, at least he doesn’t have a camera crew helping him on his stunts.
This video really grossed me out though.

Oh, from the lead singer of the trio, she definitely threw her two cents in the pot on this one.
To be honest though, the horrid green screen was my favorite part. I laughed as the dinosaur disappeared in the background in her green blouse.
Here is their YouTube channel, I don’t recommend subscribing to it, but there might be some tone deaf person out there who actually enjoys the sounds falling out of their mouths.

One of the improv agents is also dressed in a serial killer outfit adorned with some stylish Where’s Waldo glasses. He kind of gave me the willies when I saw him.

The difference between this and any other day is that the improv artists all synchronized their watches and it was on the mark, get set, stop.
On a cold Saturday in New York City, the world’s largest train station came to a sudden halt. Over 200 Improv Everywhere Agents froze in place at the exact same second for five minutes in the Main Concourse of Grand Central Station. Over 500,000 people rush through Grand Central every day, but today, things slowed down just a bit as commuters and tourists alike stopped to notice what was happening around them. Enjoy the video first and then go behind the scenes with our mission report and photos.
They have plenty of other funny videos on their .

This is her Christmas speech for 2007, in the video you also get to see her very first broadcasted speech on TV from 1957.
The Queen’s channel also has archived broadcasts from her speeches over the last 50 years.
Buckingham Palace on Sunday said the 81-year-old monarch will post her traditional Christmas Day message — normally broadcast on television — on the video-sharing Web site as well this year.
At the same time, a new Royal Channel has been unveiled on YouTube, allowing Web surfers to view the queen’s first Christmas broadcast in 1957, as well as other archive footage of the royal family and its events.
This Queen is no ordinary 81 year-old, most 81 year-olds do not accept change well. Last year her speech was broadcasted through podcast. This year she hopes to reach out to a more diverse crowd with her YouTube account.
She is one hip lady, go check out her .

I just saw his videos on YouTube and thought it was funny how he shows up the news anchor about the pronunciation of his name, Dorney versus O’Dorney. Mid interview, the anchor appears to attempt a little ‘placed advertising’ with the Tuna Sub from Subway, which is rather funny. Evan torments the news anchor by complaining about her pronunciation again when she asked him to spell scombridae, and with her pronouncing it wrong he spelled, s-c-o-m-b-e-r-i-d-a-e. Little Evan blames him adding an E on her pronunciation.
Evan out-spelled over 200 contestants in the spelling bee, but his passion is math.
Jimmy Kimmel learns a little of his math side in their interview, Evan shows Kimmel that there are tiny math graphs in the wood grain on his desk. Continuing with the interview, Kimmel was asking normal interview questions but Evan does not seem to want to answer, or maybe he just does not understand, “On a scale of 1 to 10 how excited are you about it?” Although, any other slightly complex question he answers with flair. Maybe Evan is just selective with what he wants to answer, or hear. Kimmel seems to be stifling a bit of laughter throughout the entire interview.
