These days airports are insane, the Transportation Security Administration, or more commonly known as “those assholes searching your bags,” is becoming more high tech. The prospects of strip searches getting thrown out the window is highly enticing, but the new way of doing it is a little frightening. I don’t know what is worse, the hands on pat down or a technological one that allows the TSA to see straight through your clothes? In 10 years that technology will be far more advanced that the chamber they shove you in won’t be needed.
Los Angeles and New York are two airports that have already begun using these methods on their victims, I mean the passengers.
to demonstrate the already in use methods to their madness.
Here is a previous post I wrote about the TSA and how they made a woman painfully remove her nipple rings.

A man broke into the Crespo Funeral Home on March 17 in Burjassot, a small town outside of Valencia. The nearby neighbors heard the door being forced open and they called the cops. When the police arrived on the scene with the owner they began searching for the suspect.
Police officers arrived with the owner, and eventually found the suspect lying on a table in a glassed-in chamber used for viewings of deceased people during wakes, a local police official said from Burjassot.
Two things gave away his position, first of all, he breathe. Secondly, he wasn’t wearing proper clothes to be on his way to burial. It is customary, as every one knows, to wear a tux or nice suit. Well, apparently his grungy attire was unacceptable.
“He was trying to fake being dead, but he was breathing,” the officer said.
The funeral home said it was mystified about what the man could have been after, because there were no valuables or cash inside the funeral parlor.

This is hilarious, this bar owner, Rufus Terrill of Atlanta, decided to take matter into his own hands and built a robotic security guard. He calls it the ‘Bum-bot,’ while the rest of the neighborhood calls it ‘Robocop,’ because he uses it to deter homeless from trespassing on his property.
He made use of an old barbecue smoker and mounted it on a three-wheeled scooter. The bot is equipped with an infrared camera, loudspearker, spotlight and an aluminum water cannon. He uses the camera to watch his property, the loudspeaker to yell at people from his walkie-talkie and the water cannon to shoot a stream of icy water about 20 feet.
On this night, as Terrill and his robot make their way to the street corner, he shines the robot’s spotlight on the parking lot of the daycare center. One by one, the shadowy figures stand up, walk away and saunter down the street.
“Ninety-nine percent of the time, when I go up there and once I turn the spotlight on and I talk to them through the speaker, they leave,” he says.
Person walks up to machine, punches button and drugs fall out. Now I say drugs, I don’t mean it has crack or those kinds of drugs, it does contain medical marijuana though.
Have no fear, the machine is guarded by security, you have to have the special key card to start the transaction and a camera photographs you as you are purchasing your scripts.
The drugs range from anywhere from painkillers to Viagra… So line up, script drug buying just got easier.

I just read about two of Kennedy Airport’s baggage handlers stealing about $250,000 worth of diamonds and jewelry. The two people, a 51 year-old worker and a 30 year-old supervisor, are being charged with grand larceny and possession of stolen property. The jewelry was in a container marked “high value” being shipped from Switzerland to Brazil.
Police are saying that supervisor broke the seals on the container and handed the other worker three boxes of jewelry. The the other worker then hid the jewelry in his jacket before putting it in a locker at an American Airlines terminal, where the investigators found it.
Both the worker and the supervisor are being held on $5,000 bail and face up to 15 years in prison if convicted.

This Christmas I decided to shop Online, for fear of the huge public crazily scampering about grabbing off the shelves. My mistake was shopping with one company who does not take security of deliveries serious enough.
Normal packaging to send anything is a plain box, usually brown. Well, Buy.com’s mistake was to send my package in the original box, no outer box to conceal the contents.
I am shocked to see the relaxed measure towards the security of my package. The contents of this package were not cheap’ it should have required a signature since I paid over $100 for it. The package also should have been disguised in a normal brown box.
Thanks to Buy.com, my Christmas is ruined. The person who happened to get the package from my porch was the gift recipient. Obviously, this is not Christmas; otherwise, it would not have been as bad. Thank you Buy.com, I really hope someone ruins your surprise.
Since receiving my package, I have since contacted Buy.com and now awaiting a response.
Update:
So I was looking for others who have had problems with Buy.com in the past. A guy over at his blog had posted about never receiving his package. Read that article here. Another guy just posted a real short blurb about Buy.com and the comments on his blog are from people frustrated with Buy.com’s methods.

I read a short article on CNN about a woman who was robbed of her and her husband’s life savings. This 80 year old woman was asked to open the door by a man, age 20-30, holding a bouquet flowers. She thought to herself,
“How can I not open the door? They have flowers, they say [my husband sent] them to me, and, besides, they were young kids,” said Nieves, whose husband was out at the time of the November 3 robbery. Police estimated the suspects were between 20 and 30 years old.
Well the two robbers tied her up and ransacked the house until they found the $60,000. The husband had leaked the information about their nest egg being in the apartment and he thinks that is how anyone knew to rob them.
Aqua Dots , “the craft toy comes with small colorful beads or dots that are coated with a non-toxic glue into shapes, and sprayed with water to fix them together.”
Spokeswoman Julie Valise urges that if your child has this toy already to take it away, or if you are planning on giving this to your child, Don’t!
The beads if they are ingested they will have the same effects as a date rape drug. The chemicals involved in the toy give off the same reaction as GHB.
Three Australian children became severely ill after they swallowed beads from the toy, sold there as “Bindeez.” The toy was named Australia’s 2007 Toy of the Year.
Australian officials said instead of using the safe chemical 1,5-pentanediol, the potentially dangerous chemical 1,4-butanediol was introduced in the manufacturing process. When ingested, 1,4-butanediol can metabolize into what is known as the date rape drug.

A new scam is out to confuse the user into giving up passwords, this scam involves a beautiful blonde, some lingerie and a strip tease. “The buxom, beautiful blonde who promises to remove her slinky scraps of lingerie,” every time you enter the jumbled letters next to her. But beware it is a waste of time, she doesn’t get naked. After you have gone through and you think she will be completely undressed after the last code entered, the program starts over and now it has captured several of your passwords.
The article called “A little striptease for your Web passwords,” on MSNBC says that the woman pops up once your Windows computer has been infected by a virus.
Trend Micro researchers say the scam appears to be isolated for now to spammers trying to register bogus e-mail addresses and flood chat rooms with unwanted pitches. But they worry schemes to infiltrate financial institutions could soon appear.
Delaware State University on lock down after a shooting.
At about one a.m. ET two students were shot. The shooting took place near Memorial Hall sports arena. The male was shot once, but the female in critical condition was shottwice. The two wounded 17 year olds were taken to Bayhealth Medical Center in Dover, Delaware.
The whole campus is on lock down, that includes coming in or going out while the shooter is still at large. The dorms hold about 1,700 people and the campus is about 400 acres. The campus officials have also tried to keep even the off-campus students and staff safe by posting signs, information on the university website or you can call at anytime advising students and staff to stay home and in their residence halls.
The students are shocked that this happened, saying they thought they were safe. The campus is located in Dover, the capital of Delaware.
Current news on it says they have apprehended one person of interest and are looking for a second.
